Grae and Tara's engagement

This was hilarious.  So the day began with Tara believing that she was the one that instigated this day.  She had asked me on Sunday last week why I hadn't done a photo shoot with her and so I asked her if she wanted to do a couples shoot with her and Grae.  Well, little did she know that Grae and I had already been planing the day of this proposal like 6 months earlier.  So while Grae and I were scheming I was leading Tara to believe that she was kinda setting up this day to a certain extent.  I was perfect.  The weather was amazing and all of us there (Brad, Jared, Peter,Kris, Carolina  and I) all had a blast.  I was so blessed to have been apart of all this. Grae you did such a great job in planing everything and keeping her in the dark on it all.  Love you two.

Scott and Monica Destination wedding in the Florida Keys

So here is a destination wedding I shot in the Florida Keys this weekend.  Wow, wow, wow is all I have to say.  I'm still here in the Keys but already missing my new friends.  Scott, Monica friends and family I loved spending this weekend with you.  My Venezuelan friends I loved seeing you dance it up and wish that I could dance like that.  Even though I couldn't understand a word you were saying when Monica was getting ready I loved every minuet.  Scott and Monica my heart hurts because I enjoyed hanging out with you so much.  You two are absolutely astonishingly beautiful people, not just because you look stunning, but because of who you are you are at heart.  I pray that you were blessed just as much as I was blessed by you and your families.  Al and the gang that got up at the crack of dawn to do the shoot of Monica.  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  I couldn't have done it with out you.  I wish we could have had that craziness on video, because it really was funny watching you try to hold the light over the bushes and I'm sure you enjoyed seeing me almost fall off the rocks into the ocean more than once.  And to my amazing assistant Kathleen, you were perfect and tore it up!  I hoped you learned a lot and I can foresee you doing great things with your photography.  Thank you! And to Scott's stud of a brother, thanks for finding the perfect locations for the shoots.  I am so blessed to have come to the Keys to be apart of all your lives.

God Bless,
Ean

We had a blast this weekend running around Bend Oregon getting some images in preparation for the Bravo Wedding Showcase on January 31st  .  So this is how fun shoots are with a group of 7 crazy people.  We started out searching for a sweet shot at 3 am under the stars with the moon lighting up the Sister mountains.  On top of that, poor Shannon had to model in her wedding dress in 18 degrees.  But the shot was pretty sweet even though a cop showed up wondering what we were up to.  Then the next day we jetted out to the Butte Lava Fields between Sun River and the main strip in Bend Oregon.  It was so beautiful and we were blessed with amazing clouds even though it was still just over freezing.  Josh, Shannon, Stephen, Kris, Carolina and Jesse you all rock for just going for it even with crazy coldness and me driving you like soldiers.  I loved every second and we got some gem shots.  Shannon especially, you were so positive despite the elements.   This is why I love what I do.
I'll be heading out on the 22nd of this month to Shoot in the Florida Keys thanks to wonderful Michelle Young with Enduring Studios in Key West.  Thank Micelle your so wonderful.  Check out her site at www.endearingstudios.com.  And again thanks to the crew that went with me last weekend.  You Rock!!!

Portland With Amanda

Hey Amanda, I had so much fun.  You did an amazing job with wardrobe and looking fantastic.  I was so glad that we were able to pull this off despite the rain.  Thanks for bringing my tripod down to Salem.  I'll have some more up on my website in the next week or so under portraits.  Thanks for everything.

This was an amazing wedding at the Blue Rooster Inn Bed and Breakfast on the outskirts of Eugene Oregon.  Just the beauty of the drive out there heightened the excitement I already had about this wedding.  As I got there the night preceding the wedding and saw the sun setting before we rushed off to the rehearsal dinner I knew I would have a hard time deciding where I wanted to create my images because there was just too many options.   The next morning we started nice and early with the fog hugging the hills and the cool brisk air on our ears. Eventually it burned off and the sun lit the day beautifully and we were on our way.   Stefani (the bride) and Jesse (the groom) were so awesome to work with.  (You guys rock!!!  Thank you so much for letting me be apart of your wedding!!!)  Stefani looked absolutely stunning as you can see from the images on the site, and Jesse was the stud of the day, even though he liked walking around with his shirt off, which was hilarious.   Kelly (Sefani's mom, Manager of the Bridal Gallery in Salem Oregon) I had so much fun giving you crap all day long just because, and seeing all the hard work you put into making the place look perfect.  You're amazing! The wedding was beautiful, it went smoothly and we walked away with some off the chart images to set in stone forever.  This is why I do what I do and look forward to more local and destination weddings in the future.

Thanks guys.
